The SSI Business Office processes book vouchers for those students who have been
granted financial aid. Students must obtain their book voucher from the WCU
Bursar’s Office located in the E.O. Bull Center. The eligible student proceeds
to Sykes Union, Room 259 along with the book voucher and RAM CARD. The funds
will be available for use in the SSI Bookstore within a short period of time.
It is not necessary to purchase everything at one time.
You will need
to show your RAM CARD to make purchases in the Bookstore. Be sure to retain
your cash register receipts, as they are needed for any returns. The bottom
portion of the register receipt will record the remaining balance on the
account.
The deadline
for use of the book voucher for the Spring
Semester 2003 is Friday, March
28, 2003.
Since this is
financial aid money, any balance remaining after the above date can be obtained
after April 21, 2003 at the
SSI Service Center (link to Service Center page), located on the ground
floor of Sykes Union.
